Children's Yoga

As long as you breathe, so does your child.

A new space where yoga happens for everyone. While you practice, move and breathe in your presence time, your son or daughter lives their own yoga experience: with stories, games, free movement and moments of listening.

Now, every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm, we have Children's Yoga (from 6 to 10 years old) at the same time as the adult class, here at Gaya Espaço Luz.

A practice designed for children to relax, have fun and learn to listen to their body and emotions, all with lots of care and professional guidance.

Monthly fee :
Father and son (1x per week): €50 per month
Father and son (2x per week): €80 per month
Child only (1x per week): €35 per month
Child only (2x per week): €50 per month

During Children's Day week, Gaya Espaço Luz invites families to a special experience.

On June 3rd and 5th, Tuesday and Thursday, we offer free yoga classes for children aged 6 to 10, at the same time as the regular practice for adults (7pm).
