About the Workshop

This workshop is an invitation to embark on a unique journey that combines three complementary therapies, providing a profound process of self-discovery, connection and inner healing.

What will we do?

1. Kundalini Awakening
A spiritual practice that activates the dormant life energy at the base of the spine, symbolized by a serpent.
We will use techniques such as laying on of hands, guided meditation, mantras, chants and sound therapy to release and direct this energy through the chakras, promoting purification, spiritual expansion and self-knowledge.

2. Human Connections
Dynamics that explore the senses, strengthen bonds and bring more presence to the moment.
In this safe space, you will be able to express yourself without fear of judgment, releasing limiting beliefs and emotional blocks, while developing a deeper sense of connection with others.

3. Sound Healing
The practice begins with breathing exercises to activate the body's energy flow.
Blindfolded, you will be guided to the sound of the shamanic drum, connecting deeply with your body, feelings and movements.
Sound vibration promotes the release of stagnant energy, bringing clarity, balance and inner lightness.
