We invite you to participate in an experience of personal development, healing, and connection (first with yourself and then with others), always with the aim of guiding you towards your deep authenticity. It will be a safe, loving, and transformative journey!

Two facilitators who journey from presence, feeling, and truth — Paulo Luz and João Mar — unite to offer a day of transformation.

They prioritize safety, depth, love, and, above all, a posture of being at the service of others.

• Body awareness dynamics, breathwork, therapeutic touch, and conscious sharing.
• Practices of self-exploration and inner healing, with group exercises that promote acceptance, emotional honesty, and self-knowledge.

Paulo Luz — Founder of Gaya Espaço Luz

Guides processes of healing, emotional unblocking, and inner reconnection. His approach is profoundly human, sensitive, and transformative. He brings the magic of touch, presence, and acceptance.

João Mar — Conscious Events Facilitator

A former university professor, he later trained in Conscious Relationships, Somatic Therapy, and Couples Therapy.

With over 10 years of experience, he has a holistic, loving, and welcoming approach, facilitating paths of deep expansion, transformation, and healing... always with compassion and integrity.
