Between the routine, the chores, and everyday life, it is easy to lose the thread of the most important conversation: the one held in silence, through touch and presence.

Instant Connection is an invitation to pause, without phones, without distractions—just the couple, a carefully prepared space, and an experienced therapist to guide the journey.

In 2 hours, we offer:

• Couples connection exercises
• Exercises for fulfilling desires
• Couples sensory massage - introduction

All practices are an invitation, never an obligation—the therapist will gauge the couple and propose alternatives whenever it makes sense.
