For those who have already participated in at least one full-day workshop with João Mar or have experience in Conscious Relationships.

What blockages could dissolve if you were less hard on yourself and embraced your imperfections with tenderness?

Self-love is the basis of any path of personal development.
The more we love ourselves, the deeper our connection becomes with ourselves and others.

Working on Self-Love requires courage to look at the parts of ourselves that we don't always like, allow ourselves to be seen in them, and make space for love and receiving.
It is also considering and valuing our greatness without fear of appearing vain.

In this meeting, we will explore your relationship with yourself, delve deeper into how you experience self-love and reflect on the various aspects of your life. A space to integrate everything you have experienced and taken from other meetings, and go deeper into your journey of growth and connection.

João Mar leads this process with safety, awareness and presence. Combining techniques such as nourishing touch, breathing, movement, conscious communication and sharing, you will be able to discover more about yourself, your needs and desires.

Tantra invites us to recover, become aware and free of all that we are. It brings emotional, spiritual, energetic and sexual healing, and gives us back our personal power, with more confidence, clarity and joy.

About João Mar:
Born in Lisbon, he lived in the United Kingdom for 15 years and returned to Portugal after a long journey of transformation. He abandoned his academic career as a professor of African Literature and immersed himself in the world of Tantra, Biodanza and Sacred Sexuality. A graduate of the Escola do Ser and with experience in somatic therapies, he is dedicated to helping others rediscover their essence and personal power — always with empathy, clarity and integrity.
