Pampering and socializing: João Mar tribe

This space is a gathering, not a workshop. It's an opportunity to receive nourishment and interact with open-minded people in a loving and trusting space, thus strengthening community bonds.

It is only open to people who have taken (at least) one full-day workshop with me.

Informally, we will do some nurturing touch exercises for a couple of hours and then share food and conversation.

A few words about nourishing touch:
It's a basic need and a fundamental tool for regulating our nervous system. When someone needs emotional support, we intuitively know how important it is to hold their hand or give them a hug. However, in our daily lives, we often forget this need. We affectionately pet children, babies, dogs, and cats, but rarely other adults, except someone we have a relationship with.

It's a non-sexual, nudity-free space where we can rediscover the innocence and nourishment of human touch and give and receive pampering—that support we so desperately need and that's so delightful, with the added bonus of being able to be shared in a group.

I only ask for a small contribution of €10 and that you bring some light food to share.
