OPEN DAY - January 4, 2026

Welcome to the first Open Day of 2026!!

Let's make the most of this Open Day right at the beginning of the year to welcome 2026 in the best possible way.

The group will have the opportunity to choose whether they are more in a rebirth or healing energy, and Paulo Luz will lead a powerful meditation to start a new cycle.

As always, we will have several guests. We will have João Mar, a university professor, who will share more of his vast knowledge on personal boundaries through simple but impactful dynamics. Bruno Moreira will offer us a dance class, with the promise that even someone who "can't dance" or "has no talent for dancing" will enjoy the guided exercises and the connection that dance provides. Maestro José Marques will come to Gaya Espaço Luz to ensure that expansion also occurs through music.

As always, we can count on the good energy present in this very special building, with much celebration and joy, but we will also have space for personal development work.

And of course, as always, we will count on the most important thing: the presence of fantastic people with whom we have the opportunity to spend a day in connection and who help make our Open Day one of the most special days of the month (words from our participants 🙃). We will also have the opportunity to share a convivial lunch with the Gaya tribe.

And since we are at Gaya Espaço Luz, we will enjoy a relaxing massage and nurturing touch workshop.

All of this in one day, from 10 am to 7 pm, and for only €30!
