OPEN DAY - December 7, 2025

On December 7th, Gaya Espaço Luz welcomes you for a special Sunday, with various experiences designed to offer you unique moments and showcase the work of our professionals.

The event will be facilitated by Paulo Luz, who throughout his journey explored various human approaches and complementary therapies in several countries. From this experience, he developed his own therapeutic method, which has already been presented and applied.

In this edition, we will have a very special program:
-Paulo Luz will guide us in a moment of union and deep connection.
-Marta Eliana and Ser Ama bring a Tibetan bowl concert, leading you into an engaging and restorative meditation.
-Lúcia returns to make us dance and sing to the sound of medicine music, in a dive into joy and free expression.
-João Mar will help us recognize and respect our limits, in a space of awareness and balance.

5:30 PM – Lecture: the essence of touch - Can everyone enjoy touch?
5:45 PM – Sensory massage (exercises)
6:30 PM - Sharing and closing
