7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Candlelight Yin Yoga Class (1h)

9:00 PM – 12:00 AM: Conscious Connections / Tantra (3h)

Dinner will be available on-site from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

You may bring your own food or enjoy our full menu (meat or vegetarian) for an additional €14.

What to expect:

An opportunity to slow down, open your heart, and cultivate presence. We begin with a Candlelight Yin Yoga practice, creating a space for you to relax and reconnect with your inner self. This is followed by a special dinner, where great conversation and delicious flavors create a light and relaxed atmosphere.

Next, we move into a moment of deep connection with others through group exercises designed to foster genuine bonds and exchanges.

To conclude, a guided meditation and a sharing circle will integrate all the emotions experienced, leaving you with a lighter heart and renewed energy.
