A Journey Through the 5 Love Languages

During the month of July, Gaya Espaço Luz invites you to a special edition of Love Date , now with themed meetings inspired by the 5 Love Languages , a concept created by Gary Chapman.

We believe that each person has a unique way of loving and feeling loved. In these meetings, we will explore each of these languages ​​in a light, deep and conscious way, through dynamics of connection, listening, sharing and presence.

Dates and themes:

📅 July 4th – Quality Time
Look into each other’s eyes, be present, listen attentively. In this meeting, we will explore the power of offering genuine time to each other — without rushing, without distractions.

📅 July 6th – Gifts with Meaning
More than the object, the gesture. What it represents, what it conveys. An encounter that reminds us that offering something, even a simple one, can be a powerful way of saying “I was thinking of you”.

📅 July 18 – Acts of Service
Caring is a form of love. This Love Date is for those who feel loved when the other person makes themselves available, helps, supports and does something with affection — even without being asked.

📅 July 25th – Words of Affirmation
Words have power. Here, we’ll delve into the language of praise, encouragement, listening, and validation—all of which nurture through verbal communication.

📅 July 26th – Physical Touch
A touch can say more than a thousand words. In this last meeting, we explored the importance of conscious touch, of contact with respect and presence.
