Human Connections for Dummies – February 16th, 2025

Whether you have never experienced the power of human connection exercises or have already been initiated, this is for you. An experience of connecting with yourself and others through an afternoon of deep and intense exploration.

WHAT WILL WE DO?

Every workshop is different, as I connect with the group and follow what the energy "asks of me."

1. Self-Connection:

• Exercises that may include meditation, dance, or breathwork.

• A focus on grounding and centering yourself.

2. Group Connection:

• Games that awaken the five senses.

• Dynamics that promote deep, intense, and meaningful connections.

The goal is to connect with yourself and others in ways that aren't typical in daily life, bringing presence and intensifying the moment.

ARE WE PLAYING OR WORKING?

• Joy and good vibes are present throughout the workshop.

• Simultaneously (and often subconsciously), you will work through internal processes that unblock, heal, and expand your perspective.

• Joy and positivity are the powerful tools I use in my own life and practice.

WHY SHOULD I JOIN THIS WORKSHOP?

Every activity is an invitation, never an obligation.

If an exercise feels uncomfortable, we suggest more suitable alternatives.

I have led workshops with people from different countries, races, and religions. Everyone, when feeling safe and centered, reacts positively to the exercises.

My Guarantee: I will create a safe space where we can trust and enjoy the connection with ourselves and the group.

WILL I BE TOUCHED BY STRANGERS?

If you don't want to be, you won't be.

If you wish, you may experience:

• Nurturing touch, similar to the affection between a mother and child.

• Present, conscious hugs with transformative energetic power.

WILL THERE BE NUDITY?

There will be no nudity.

This is a safe and comfortable space for all participants, regardless of their experience level.

CAN I BRING MY PARTNER?

You can come alone, with friends, or as a couple.

SOCIAL DINNER

After the workshop, you are invited to stay for a social dinner.

It is a warm, family-like environment, ideal for sincere and deep connections.
