EXPLORING THE 5 SENSES - June 7th

For those who have never experienced the power of human connection exercises or for those who are already experienced.
An experience of connection with yourself and with others.
An intense afternoon with profound experiences.

WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO?

Each workshop is unique, as I connect with the group and follow what their energy asks of me.

Connection with yourself:

• Exercises that may include meditation, dancing or breathing.

• Focus on centering yourself.

Group connection:

• Games that awaken the 5 senses.

• Dynamics that promote deep, intense and meaningful connections.

The goal is to connect with yourself and others in ways that we don't normally do in our daily lives, bringing presence and intensifying the moment.

ARE WE GOING TO PLAY OR WORK?

Joy and good humor are present in many moments of the workshop.
Simultaneously, and sometimes unconsciously, we work on internal processes that unblock, heal and expand.
Joy and positivity are powerful tools that I use in my life and in my workshops.

We will have the opportunity, for a few hours, to live in love, care and respect, as a family that nourishes and protects each other.
Because all of us, human beings, are love in our essence and, in this workshop, we experience vibrating in this energy.

All exercises are invitations, never obligations.
If any exercise feels uncomfortable, I will suggest more suitable alternatives.
I have led workshops with people from different countries, races and religions. All of them, feeling safe and centered, respond positively to the exercises.

Guarantee: I will create a safe space where we can trust and enjoy connection with ourselves and the group.

WILL I BE TOUCHED BY STRANGERS?

If you don't want to, it won't be.
If you want, you can try:

-The nourishing touch, similar to the affection between mother and child.

-Hugs present with transformative energetic power.

WILL THERE BE NUDITY?

There will be no nudity.
It will be a safe and comfortable space for all participants, regardless of experience.

CAN I COME WITH MY BOYFRIEND?

You can come alone, with friends or as a couple.
With your registration, you can bring a friend for free if you want!

DINNER CONVIVIALITY

After the workshop, you can stay for a convivial dinner.
A welcoming and familiar environment, ideal for genuine and deep connections.
