About the course

MAP is an invitation to explore the relationship between body, sexuality, relationships and self-knowledge, based on somatic intelligence. From an early age, we are taught little about sexuality beyond its functional aspect, but the body is a rich source of sensations and awareness. When we learn to listen to it, we open the way to a deeper connection with ourselves and others.

In this course, you will discover how to activate your body's natural energy, expand your sensory perception and deepen your experience of pleasure. We will deconstruct deep-rooted beliefs, redefine conscious pleasure and transform the way you relate to your body and your intimacy.

It will be a safe and welcoming space, where you can explore and celebrate pleasure in an authentic and natural way.
