This is a workshop for integration and healing, both on an individual and relational level. It is designed to help you find balance between your feminine and masculine sides, regardless of whether you identify as male, female, or non-binary.

From this internal balance, you become capable of connecting more fully with others with authenticity and presence.

This is a safe and conscious space where, through simple yet deeply transformative exercises, including movement, touch, breathwork, and conscious communication. We will embark together on a journey of discovery, acceptance, and connection.

Inside each of us exist two complementary forces: the feminine and the masculine. The feminine manifests as fluidity, creativity, and a connection to emotions; the masculine as presence, focus, and action. These energies live within everyone, regardless of gender, and they influence how we relate to ourselves and the world.

From an early age, many of us were shaped by limiting expectations and roles that created blocks and distanced us from our essence. This workshop invites you to recognize, accept, and harmonize these forces within you in a process of healing and authenticity.

Through movement, touch, breathwork, and conscious communication, you will explore the internal balance that allows you to live with more presence, freedom, and love. It is a profound yet light experience—a safe space for sharing and discovery, always with absolute respect for each person’s boundaries.

Everyone is welcome: singles or couples of all genders, orientations, and walks of life.
