Danahe Garrido , a Yoga Teacher with extensive experience in Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga, is dedicated to inspiring and elevating her students, encouraging them to live with mindfulness and authenticity, both on and off the mat. As a dancer and choreographer, she has always been connected to the practice of asanas, bringing the discipline and dedication that yoga demands.

With solid experience in teaching and guiding students of diverse backgrounds and abilities, she specializes in increasing joint mobility, while also promoting physical and mental well-being through practices that encourage self-knowledge. In addition to personalized classes adapted to the specific needs of each student, she guides the correct execution of alignments to ensure safe practice.

She also organizes themed workshops and participates in yoga retreats, enriching her students' journey in the search for balance and personal transformation.
