There are times when you feel that something within you wants more.

More presence. More truth. More connection.

And, deep down… you know there is always a better version of yourself. But you don't always know where to start.

The first edition of the "Healing Touch" Open Day sold out quickly — demand was so high that we decided to open a new date, September 12th, so that more people can experience this day.

The Open Day is that first step. A space where you can stop… breathe… and return to yourself.

This month, our Open Day is special. We are opening our doors for you to get to know the Gaya universe and have included a conscious touch massage workshop.

Because touching is not simply placing hands on a body. It is being present. It is listening. It is feeling. It is creating space for the other to relax and receive.

In this workshop, you will learn to use touch in a more conscious, present, and careful way, discovering how hands can transmit calm, safety, connection, and healing. You will have the opportunity to give a massage guided by an experienced professional on a professional massage table. And you will also be able to connect with the energy of deserving, and allow yourself to receive.

An experience for those who want to: learn simple massage techniques, deepen connection with others, relax and receive, and discover a new way of communicating without words.

If you have never started this path, this is the right place. If you have already started, this could be the return you needed.

Here, you don't need to prove anything. You don't need to be different. You just need to be.

For an entire day, you will be surrounded by people who, like you, feel that the best of themselves is yet to be discovered. Guided by Paulo Luz, you will live experiences that awaken the body, your presence, and your consciousness. And, as in all Open Days, you will be able to enjoy a communal lunch and experience expansive dynamics together, all in a safe and judgment-free environment.

Because when you allow yourself to stop… when you allow yourself to feel… you naturally begin to find yourself.

And that is where everything changes.

Hands can touch. But when presence is there, touch can transform.
