Self-love is the foundation of any personal development. However, we tend to be more accepting of other people’s flaws than of our own challenges. Accepting our imperfections, failing, and still maintaining our self-esteem takes courage and sacrifice.

In this workshop, you will find a safe and loving space where you can be fully yourself. Through sharing, breathing, movement and nurturing touch exercises , you will gain awareness of the blocks that prevent you from living your true potential.

From here, you will be able to discover the magic of relationships in an open and authentic way, welcoming yourself and others with respect and complete freedom. You will also learn tools to apply self-love in your daily life.

Facilitator: João Mar

João Mar was born and raised in Lisbon, lived in the UK for 15 years and, after a career as a university professor in African literatures, decided to follow his true purpose.

She specialized in Human Connections and Sacred Sexuality with Escola do Ser, complementing her training with somatic therapies applied to sexuality and relationships. Since 2017, she has been teaching in Portugal and throughout Europe, helping individuals and couples unlock their full potential.

In his workshops and individual sessions, João integrates human connections , sexuality and conscious relationships to guide participants towards healing, vitality and happiness, always with compassion and integrity.
